Video: Lolita Problems Part 2 by Deerstalker Pictures 2 posted at 3:10 PM

Hey guys! Long time no post.
I've been busy lately and I am going to visit my family in Japan in 2 days.

Meanwhile, check out this (relatively recent) Deerstalker's video of Lolita Problems: Part 2!

Andy as Mr. Yan is HILARIOUS. I nearly died when I saw him. Actually he (Andy not Mr Yan) was the one who introduced me to our local community a year ago. Before then I had been a lone lolita for almost a decade.

I have a backlog of meets and photos I was meant to put up and hopefully I have time to post them up before the year ends. If not, I hope you have a wonderful Christmas season and a lovely New Year! I will definitely be posting photos from Japan from my Instagram if you like travel photos.

See you!

Double Video Update with Deerstalker Pictures and Töck & Phantasmafloria! posted at 12:33 PM

Hi everyone! I just thought I will update you guys on what I have been doing lately!
I have worked with some of my friends from the community, one being Deerstalkers Pictures (first video) and  Töck & Phantasmafloria (second video).

In the video above, my friends Goldie, Simone, Ann, Maya and I tackle some real issues we face as a Lolita Fashionista. We're mostly joking around - although I know some of you can really relate to some of the problems. Especially the one where people try to snap photos of us without permission! Ann handles it tremendously "AY MATE YOU WANNA GO HUH!?" !!!! Deerstalkers are currently working on part 2 so stay tuned!

In this video, Bing and I unbox our Holy Lantern series from Angelic Pretty! Bing is so funny throughout the whole thing, ESPECIALLY at the end. Bing and I recently became really close, and we keep enabling each other to buy things. It's a bad relationship. Hahaha.

I had a lot of fun filming with friends! If you like these videos make sure to subscribe to their channels Deerstalker Pictures 2 and Töck & Phantasmafloria

Until next time!!

Video: "How to Buy from Angelic Pretty" posted at 4:36 PM

The wonderful Goldie and Elliot from Deerstalker Pictures, Maya and myself got together to create this comedic video "How to Buy from Angelic Pretty"which was released yesterday.
*spoilers* I've already posted this on my social media platforms, but basically, I play the role of AP Queen Bee who gets the release straight away, much to the dismay (and murderous intent) of those other salty Lolitas.
I also play the role of a cute babby ita maid who is sacrificed to the AP gods in hope to obtain the ever elusive releases. I hope you enjoy the video!

Convention: SMASH! 2015 Highlights posted at 5:07 PM

SMASH! is a Japanese contemporary culture convention bringing together Cosplayers, Lolitas, Anime fans and Japan enthusiasts alike. I have only been to SMASH once during my high school years, and it was tad smaller back then. I was very surprised at how big the new venue, Rosehill Gardens was, and the many events and stalls that were happening on this busy, busy weekend.

This year I volunteered at the J-Fashion Indie Corner stall at SMASH! 2015. I did this as a favour of my friend Kate, who runs Rouge Aerie Designs. She is currently in America tending to some urgent business so some of us jumped on board to help her out. Kate is a lovely person and she deserves all the help she can get, really. On Day One I wore Misty Sky, and on Day Two I wore my signature CDC!!

Travel Diary: Osaka, Japan 2014 Part 02 posted at 9:05 PM

Shin-imamiya is in the southern part of Osaka, near Tennoji. There are a lot of  family-owned shops and restaurants in the small alleys surrounding Tsutenkaku Tower. This particular place is also English-Speaker friendly (English signs/menus). The sushi was super fresh and delicious!

Travel Diary: Osaka, Japan 2014 Part 01 posted at 11:09 PM

Late last year I went to visit my grandmother in Japan.
We spent the first couple of nights in Osaka to do some shopping.

Mum and I should win awards for cutest luggage. I should warn you, do not put really heavy items in Chocoholic (on the right) or Swimmer luggage, they simply do not hold the weight. the bottom wheels fall off (this is the third or fourth one I bought, I ALWAYS fall for the cute prints.) Mum's polka dot suitcase (on the left) is from a local mall in our hometown. It is extremely sturdy and practical, as it has four wheels. I ended up buying a similar one on the way home, and I'm happy with it.

Our first meal when we arrived at our hotel. I've missed family mart!
